Global employee wellbeing services provider Workplace Options (WPO) and IIRSM today announced a new partnership.

With 40 years of experience, Workplace Options, a global employee wellbeing provider offers emotional, practical and physical wellbeing support to employees and their families around the world.

WPO has service centres in Raleigh, London, Dublin, Toronto, Montreal, Jakarta, Lisbon, Bangalore, Lille, Paris, Gent, Dubai, Shanghai and Singapore, supporting more than 75 million employees in 116,000 organisations, in over 200 countries and territories.

IIRSM is both a professional membership organisation for those responsible for managing risk in all its forms and a strategic partner of corporates operating across industries.

Together, the two organisations will collaborate on influencing the risk agenda and raising awareness and standards of risk and safety management, with a particular focus on occupational wellbeing.

Mary Ellen Gornick, SVP, Global Products, at Workplace Options, said: “Workplace Options is proud to partner with International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and have the opportunity to support its members with resources to prevent psychosocial risk and create safe and healthy workplaces.”

IIRSM Chief Executive Phillip Pearson said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with a leader in the provision of essential workplace services for employee wellbeing. Workplace Options plays a vital role in supporting organisations, helping them to care for their people. Wellbeing is very much an area of focus for IIRSM so we look forward to what I’m sure will be a very productive partnership.”

IIRSM works collaboratively for mutual benefit with a wide network of partners and supporters that share its belief that everyone should be empowered to identify, manage and communicate risk.
