Louise Hosking

Louise Hosking is a governance, risk and organisational systems thinker with over 35 years' experience spanning environmental health, occupational safety and executive leadership. A Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, Chartered Occupational Safety and Health Professional and Past President of IOSH, she has advised organisations across the public, private and charitable sectors working at executive and board level to help navigate complex organisational change, governance and strategic risk.

Her work explores how leadership decisions shape organisational performance, environmental health, safety, wellbeing and wider societal outcomes. Louise is the creator of The Choice Chain, an emerging body of work that explores how today's decisions influence tomorrow's outcomes by strengthening judgement, governance and organisational learning before risks become visible.

A passionate advocate for long-term thinking, Louise is particularly interested in helping leaders recognise the connections between governance, risk, environmental health, sustainability and human outcomes, enabling organisations to make better decisions in an increasingly complex world.
