Liam Tiddy

Liam Tiddy has been with Shirley Parsons since the company was founded in 2005. He has played an important role in shaping the business and has seen it grow into a global leader in HSEQ recruitment and consultancy.

Over the course of his career, Liam has worked with organisations across a wide range of sectors and countries. He initially led the Manufacturing & Logistics team before establishing Shirley Parsons’ Executive Search division. Today, he leads the Executive Search team, supporting senior appointments across Health & Safety, Sustainability & ESG, and Quality.
