Aligning training with the IIRSM competency framework

Integrated Clause, an Oman-based provider of management systems consultancy and professional training, has achieved IIRSM Course Approval for five of its professional development courses, demonstrating that they have been designed to align with the IIRSM Risk Management and Leadership Competency Framework.

The approved courses are:

·      Developing Safety Culture

·      Psychological Safety at the Workplace

·      Risk Assessment (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis)

·      Root Cause Analysis: Mastering the 5 Whys

·      ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Internal Auditor.

With more than 15 years’ delivering quality, health, safety and environmental consulting in oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, ports and critical infrastructure, Integrated Clause sought IIRSM Course Approval to validate that its training approach reflects the same rigour it brings to management systems consulting.
