Emelia Ntiamoah

Emelia Ntiamoah is a Subsea Engineer, a STEAM Ambassador, OHS Consultant at The Knowledge Academy and Co-Chair at the Institute for Systems Engineering (IfSE). She is passionate about creating safer, more inclusive environments and inspiring the next generation of professionals through engineering, education, and community engagement.

As IIRSM Fellow and finalist for the IIRSM Young Professional of the Year Award, Emelia is committed to advancing health, safety and risk management while championing diversity, inclusion and innovation across the profession. Through mentoring, outreach initiatives and public speaking, she actively encourages young people particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds to explore careers in engineering, health and safety, and related disciplines. She is particularly passionate about supporting young professionals as they transition from education into industry and helping organisations create environments where emerging talent can thrive.
