Our assessors are senior professionals who volunteer their expertise to review and evaluate Fellowship applications, ensuring that each candidate meets the required professional and ethical benchmarks.

What It Means to Be an Assessor

As an IIRSM Fellowship Assessor, you will:

  • Evaluate Fellowship applications against eligibility and IIRSM's Risk Management and Leadership Competency framework.

  • Provide fair, balanced and evidence-based recommendations.

  • Support continuous improvement in assessment processes and standards.
