Amy Anderson is a Senior Associate in the Health and Safety Team at Brodies LLP and specialises in health and safety law.

Amy advises both corporate and individual clients who are subject to investigation by the Health and Safety Executive, local authorities (including Environmental Health and Trading Standards) and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. She advises clients on all aspects of regulatory investigations, including enforcement action. She regularly attends client premises in the immediate aftermath of a serious incident, providing incident management support and guiding clients through the early stages of a regulator's investigation. She also represents her clients where they are prosecuted for a Health and Safety offence or where they are involved in a Fatal Accident Inquiry.

Amy also regularly provides compliance advice on a range of matters helping clients to comply with often onerous regulatory regimes.
