As a former SHEQ manager and experienced ISO auditor, she has implemented, managed, and audited management systems across hundreds of organizations, gaining deep insights into what truly drives performance—and what holds it back. Alison has also authored research reports for the UK's Health and Safety Executive (HSE) on building employee engagement and fostering a positive safety culture.
