Overview

Martyn's Law is now a reality; the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 is law and the transition period is underway.

In this session, we will look at:

  • Which events and venues will be affected?
  • What ‘duties’ will be imposed on organisations?
  • How the new legislation will be enforced and monitored.
  • How the new law interacts with health and safety obligations.
  • How health and safety professionals can contribute to their organisations' response.
