Kevin has a wealth of experience in Leadership and Employee Engagement strategies. Working with RyderMarsh OCAID behavioural safety consultancy in business and client development, he also set up Inspiration-all, a group of independent consultants challenging the status quo in all areas of leadership and business practice.
Kevin has worked in corporates and start-ups, being successful in both, as well as learning from failure. Kevin presents on the impact of leadership on engagement, business performance, wellbeing and risk worldwide, including engagements in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
He spent some time in China working on behavioural risk and has lived and worked in the oilfields in the Middle East and Africa. He has also co- led research with the Task Action Group (TAG) on Sustainability and Engagement (CSR) for the Governments ‘Engage for Success’ Task force at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
He has sat on HSEQ Culture advisory groups for RICS and a Major Rail group and is a leadership lecturer.
