Overview

A lot is said about Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) and its mantra: safety is not the absence of accidents; it is the presence of capacity. Instead of asking Who messed up? We ask: why does it make sense for the person to do what they did?

HOP is based on five principles, but how we deploy this in an organisation. Enter the e-colours Personality Diversity Index © Equilibria, where you will learn the power of e-colours to explain the human performance aspect, and how understanding your team's e-colours will be instrumental in improving organisational performance.

This presentation will cover:

 What is HOP?

  • What are the principles of HOP?

  • What is the PDI?

  • How can e-colours help performance?

  • Case study

Lou Dutch, e-colours coach, Training Manager, Dorset Police

Lou Dutch is a qualified Life Coach, Sports and Martial Arts Instructor and an NLP practitioner and E-Colours coach who thrives on developing and mentoring others, helping them to reach whatever ambition and aspirations they have in life. Sport has been a passion of hers since a child and she has now completed over 100 marathons and ultra marathons including two 100 milers. She has also completed ironman triathlons including a double ironman. She competed in cycling at a national level and was the Emergency services time trial champion for 3 years and competed at the European championships where she medalled . She is also a 3 x Guinness world record holder and next year will be running 300 miles across Wales.

She uses all this experience to coach and inspire others along with E-Colours that were enlightening for her and gave her understanding of how and why things had happened in her life and indeed why they do for others. This incredibly powerful tool now plays a huge part in her life particularly with the team that she manages at work, assisting in keeping people safe both physically and mentally.
