How leaders become cultural catalysts

  Most leadership communication defaults to broadcasting - team meetings, emails, walkthrough tours. It is efficient, and it consistently fails to create genuine connection with the people doing the work. This webinar argues that the alternative is not more communication but a different kind of presence at the front line, practised deliberately.

The underlying shift is one of paradigm. The prevailing model casts leaders as experts and workers as listeners. Purposeful presence inverts that: the leader's role is to hold the workforce capable, drawing out insight rather than transmitting it.
