Drawing on practical experience implementing the PepsiCo Learning Review approach within PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions, Marion Kiely will share how incident reviews can shift from finding fault to understanding how work is actually performed, the conditions that influence decisions and actions, and the opportunities that exist to strengthen system performance.

Marion Kiely is the EHS Culture Lead at PepsiCo, based in Ireland, supporting PGCS manufacturing sites and distribution centres across several continents.

She joined PepsiCo in 2022, having previously worked in Upstream (a health & safety consultancy she founded in 2015). Prior to that she spent 15 years working in the pharmaceutical sector.
