Mazrui Energy joins IIRSM to advance QHSE excellence
Overview:
Chronic fatigue is becoming a serious threat to the health and wellbeing of the employees, and can have significant negative implications for productivity, safety, decision-making and quality of life. Often in high-performance work environments it can be difficult to identify and manage chronic fatigue, masking the risk it presents while resulting in detrimental organisational and individual outcomes.
This session will consider the importance of promoting a culture of health and wellbeing in the workplace, and argue that while organizational responsibility is key, there is a shared responsibility between employers and employees when it comes to health and wellbeing. Attending this webinar will enable participants to gain an understanding of methods for assessing and managing their own health and wellbeing and will provide listeners with an insight into how they can improve their working patterns and lifestyle choices to reduce the risk of chronic fatigue.
Finally, it will encourage attendees to engage in a proactive, preventative approach to health and wellbeing at work, and discuss the role of employers in encouraging and supporting such approach.
