Steve has over 20 years’ experience as a CFO and Finance Director gained within various industrial and service settings and geographies, and across large and small organisations and differing ownership structures. These include: FMCG (Gillette UK), cleantech chemicals (Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells), digital manufacturing (3T Additive Manufacturing), and various consulting roles. Steve is now CFO for a modular housing business (Agile Property and Homes), whose purpose is to help tackle the UK’s housing crisis affordably with a low-carbon solution. 

Steve has broad functional responsibility experience in addition to strategic commercial finance, including: Information Systems, Legal, People Resources, and Procurement. This blend of experience brings a holistic view of the organisation and its management of risks and opportunities to the role of IIRSM Treasurer.

Steve is an ACMA CGMA, he holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a PGDip in Organisational Change.

Steve chairs the IIRSM Finance and General Purposes Committee.
