It’s always great to hear what our members have to say about us.

We are here to serve you and are always open to new ideas and suggestions. With almost 700 responses to our recent member survey, we are now in a great position to move the Institute forward.

The survey responses help IIRSM understand the full landscape of our membership – from the sectors our members work in, to the job functions they perform, all the way through to the benefits they value and their aspirations for the Institute. Overall feedback was positively constructive and members offered detailed feedback and suggestions with regards to our strategy, our benefits package and our Branch network.
