International Stress Awareness Week, 7-11 November 2022

International Stress Awareness Week has become a major annual event focusing on stress management and campaigning against the stigma associated with stress and mental health issues.
It was created in 2018 to raise awareness about stress prevention, and its theme this year is Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress. For more information on the initiative, you can visit the website here.
