Health Analytics is a newly formed company whose focus is to help organisations assess and manage their occupational risks, whilst also identifying the people risks.
We have a range of software tools that aid health and safety professionals, in the identification of both physical and psychological risks, that have the potential to cause ill health or injury in the workplace. We also provide tools to assess and support the People risks, including those that cause or contribute to ill health and or injury. The data are integrated and analysed, to provide a unique insight on the risks and how to manage them. The benefit to an organisation is the ability to understand how these risks impact the cost of providing Health Benefits, including absence, private healthcare and psychological support, whilst also measuring the success of Safety controls and how to ensure that Wellbeing improves the quality of life for employees.
