How does the IFRR work?

We undertake a top level review of your fleet risk profile, including your relevant fleet risk areas – vehicles, drivers, load, site, journey/delivery, environment, management support and organisational aspects to identify factors that are causing issues at strategic and management levels. We then conduct a top level review of your management systems and other data, including insurance claims, accident losses and other insurable claims e.g. load damage, environmental losses.

What is the Objective?

To identify key risk and cost exposures and other factors within your fleet and related operations that need improvement and further investigation. An organisation that completes an IFRR can go onto a more detailed in-depth study of their strategic, management and operational systems and risk and cost exposures, on a country by country or site by site basis, and access internal and external benchmarking functions, using the RiskFrisk® Fleet Risk Profiler™ Management System for their own operations and their supply chain.

Process takes at least a full day, with a further half-day to undertake the analysis and produce the report.
