How to Join*
1. Firstly you need to complete and return the one-page Application Form via post, fax or email. Alternatively you can Apply Online or send an email to info@iirsm.org for an application form.
Please make sure you indicate which level of membership you are applying for on the application form.
2. Include an up-to-date copy of your CV.
3. Include copies of any relevant certificates or qualifications.
4. Include the appropriate fee. Membership fees are shown below. If you are not sure of which level of membership you are applying for, simply send payment for the non-refundable registration fee and we will contact you for the remaining balance once a level has been awarded. The registration fee will processed upon receipt of your application form, this fee is non-refundable.
*If you are applying as a new member on the Like for Like Scheme for Fellowship please click here for more information and complete the Fellowship Petition application form and submit it along with all the evidence required.

Membership Process
Step 1:
A confirmation email is sent once your application form is received in the office.
Step 2:
If the application is correctly completed then the form is processed on the same day.
Step 3:
Once the application has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent.
Step 4:
The New Member documents can take between 14-30 working days to arrive so long as the address is in the UK, International members should allow more time for these to travel through the International Postal system.
Please note:
If your application is incomplete (ie: missing documents, information etc), then the processing of the application will be delayed OR if an application needs to go to the Membership Committee for grading, then processing of the application can take up to two weeks.
