The HSE has launched a consultation on proposed changes to the Chemicals (Hazards Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 (CHIP).

Amendments to the Regulations are necessary to incorporate the 2nd Adaptation to Technical Progress of the Dangerous Preparations Directive (the "2nd ATP", EC Directive 2006/8/EC).
