Online Health & Safety Training from IIRSM
IIRSM are delighted to announce the launch of our online health & safety training, designed to cater for both employee level requirements as well as management level training.
Employee level online health and safety training
Industry specific training has been a focus of this project, with health & safety induction training courses tailored specifically for industries including:

• Care Homes
• Hospitals
• Housing
• Education environments (Schools & Colleges)
• Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants & Clubs)
• Estate Agents & Lettings
• Retail
Additionally a generic health & safety induction, and a briefer health & safety office induction, cater for non-industry-specific requirements.
Management level online health and safety training
Management level online training options include courses such as Small Business Health & Safety, and Health & Safety for Managers. In addition, task specific training is available such as Workstation Assessor Theory, for those managing workstation assessments within their organisation.
For those with a specific interest in Behavioural Safety, our online Behavioural Change course presents a range of workplace scenarios, and focuses on how behavioural change may be influenced. Fascinating reading and invaluable tools for those managing the workforce.
Cake & Safety
Additionally, we have created our ‘Cake & Safety’ online resource, available free to IIRSM members. This resource was created to share experiences of health and safety culture change. The online facility also invites you to contribute to Cake & Safety by allowing you to provide feedback online.
